Support Policies

To achieve customer satisfaction for both the buyer and the seller by offering them high-quality service and being attentive to their needs. The Marca Customer Support Policy is now available.

We reserve the right to take any corrective action outlined in our rules if we determine that a transaction is against the law, inappropriate, or leads to an unsatisfactory customer experience.

Please use the Contact Us link to let us know if you are a customer and think a representative has broken our Policy.

  • The state of your things. If an item is not in "new" condition, you must state this clearly on the product detail page. Please be aware that marca only regards an item as new if the following requirements are fulfilled: the original protective covering, if any, is intact, it is unused and unopened in its original packing, with all original package documents included, and the original manufacturer's guarantee, if applicable, is still in effect.
  • Marca highly advises having a close match with the ensuing rules for products that aren't "new." This policy will be supposed to have been broken in cases when there is a significant departure from the rules.
